I have since bought a jewellery saw to carry on learning the craft in my shop. With thanks to Simon at Pretty Penny. Instagram: bishyrascal Music: Epidemic sound

Переглядів 3474 роки тому
This is part one of me on holiday learning new crafts at Small World Festival in Kent, England. In this video I learn how to make rope using traditional methods from the industrial era. I then turn the rope into a Celtic knot bar and also a cool but simple French platt. Shout out to Bespoke Cordage for the experience of how to make traditional cordage. Instagram : bishyrascal

Mechanical Saw - Removes Splinters Fast
Переглядів 6864 роки тому
You read it correctly, this saw is specifically designed for the expert removal of splinters. Be advised it may take a limb with it.!!! I wanted to make something completely out of reclaimed materials, some have been salvaged and others from the depths of my workshop. This project despite its size didn't cost anything to make which was another aim. This turned out awesome and is far better than...

Framing My DiResta Print From Makers Central 2019
Переглядів 1925 років тому
Epic DiResta print I got my fingers on at makers central last month. Meeting him was the major highlight of the event. This print is awesome to look at, that it deserves its own frame. I wanted to keep it simple and not detract from the print. By using the darker panga panga transitioning into the lighter oak then the creamy print it makes it pop out. Smooth as silk. Great frame, great print an...

Such a sick little build! I would love to see it with a decible reader. Really dig your energy man, subscribed.
No cords nothing you can do that too on next project
It would sound like a stereo my retard Bluetooth runs out in few days and battery on speaker only last five to two minutes to give it stereo sound put fishing line on horn things for vibration of music connected and tied to thing I'm put phone in and tied to spider web of fisher line to vibrate and then give it movie theater or stereo concert sound
My name is Sakai, nice to meet you, I liked your work, I was in doubt about two unequal internal holes, what is the reason for this, could you clear this doubt, I await your answer, sincerely grateful, cordial hug.
Epic!
I’m only adding this comment as realised I haven’t heard or seen you for some time. I do mean quite a while so hope your okay Ash and would be good to know what your up to. Looked on Instagram but seems to have disappeared. Anyway hope all is well 👍
nice, but what is the tunnel shape based on, calculated ?
Não entendo ingles mas voce deixa qualquer um para cima. Obrigada pelo video. 👍
Really nice job and beautiful finished product. The dremel work on the front really did make a difference.
That’s great! Love it! Subscribed, and hit the notification bell
Excellent
You've got some really exotic timbers there Ash. Where do you get them from?
Brilliant idea having bollocks as a callers card! Good to see another fellow Brit rubbing shoulders with the big boys. I'm hoping to get to Makers Central 2021 (if they hold it). Are you gonna go again? Great channel Bishy. Subbed.
Für Dosengetränke ist der Aufwand zu groß🥴
confusing when does an English chap drink cold beer?
Weather it works or not...its beautiful
Great project Bishy and I’m amazed it works so well for just an off-the-cuff idea. Sorry to hear about your mishap, hope you are OK. Brian.
Definitely a unique and memorable shape lol
Did you put any water inside the pipes? with expansion room of course to actually freeze, or is it just the copper that's cold ? Cool idea, and home made, proper British ingenuity!!! 🇬🇧
Just found you man, you deserve way way more views, this is good stuff!
Cool idea
That turned out great. I’m gonna have to give this a go
Does that make it worth more than a penny now that it’s art?
Excellent video really funny, I used to melt my plastic soliders like this when I was little. 😊
You did great job! Here is the link for a wundermax door stopper www.amazon.com/Wundermax-Door-Stopper-Rubber-Door-Stop-Wedge-Security/dp/B010ZIANAI/

That’s cool. I never thought it would help someone.
You sir, are my new favorite
Cheers very muchly 👍🏻
The braided copper wire is a really good look, You must have the patience of a saint with our weather and solar powered pyrography 🤣
Cool technique. The braided wire on the arrow was a nice touch.
*Great project!! I found you on an Instagram post that the Wood Yogi made the other day. Clicked the bell so I will see all your uploads :) nice work and looking forward to your future vids :)*
Love it, too good. New subscriber!
Nice job enjoyed the vid
Wow, that is a cool technique! The copper accents look good.
Nice! More Small World inspiration. Have you seen the “come in” / “go away” ambigram doormat by Suck UK? I think you’d like it. You can flip it upside-down rather than back to front, which’d save you half the time burning!
www.suck.uk.com/mob/products/doormat/
No. Will check it out. I’d thought of an ambigram but couldn’t design it properly.
And here I thought magnifying glass was only useful for burning ants on the sidewalk! That was pretty cool! The sped up video must mean it takes a bit to do it. How long for the fist sign you did at the festival?
Each word took 20-25 minutes. It wasn’t the time that was the issue, it’s the shaky hand you get from trying to be so still. Maybe a fixed magnifying glass and move the wood.
🔎 🔥 👍 😊
I have to admit, I am impressed. I never imagined you could do such precision with a magnifying glass. Really cool! We dont have problems with sunshine where we are at so it might be fun to try this out. By the way, the sign worked out extremely well. Looks great!
We did this as kids a lot. Thanks for remembering 💪 never thought about this anymore!
This is soo cool! It makes me want to add a magnifying glass to my camping kit! Well done Ash! 🍻👍😎
Love this Bishy! Looks great, details of the wire inlays are really cool! Great vid 🙌🏻👍🏻
